Corey is the son of Chad & Nicole Zimmerman. He graduates this year from Rocky Ford High School. He is the recipient of the Tri-State Scholarship.
Waytyyn is our Tri-State Scholarship winner. She attends Wiley High School and her parents are Waco & Danielle Wollert.
Torrin is the daughter of Todd & Kali Mae Werner, She graduates this year from Rocky Ford High School.
Graduating from Springfield High School, Ella is the daughter of Mike Swanson & Jennifer Esch
Jerrod & Saundra Summers are the parents of Aubrey. She is a Senior at Pritchett High School.

Campo High School Senior Chloe is the daughter of Lennie & Coantha Johnson
Walsh High School Senior Lindsey is the daughter of Garrett Hodges.
Graduating from Rocky Ford High School, Alyssa is the daughter or Lee & Andrea Hancock.
La Junta High School Senior Jay is the son of Sam & Kim Grimsley
Matthew & Melinda Carter are Carli's parents. She is a Senior at Crowley County High School.
Southeast Colorado Power Association (SECPA) gives scholarships to area high school Seniors who are members.
SECPA offers ten $1,000 scholarships. And through Tri-State, an additional two $1,000 scholarships are available. Eligible applicants must be a high school Senior graduating in 2023 who plans to attend a two or four-year college, trade or other non-traditional secondary educational institution.
The completed SECPA application form must also have a school transcript, letter of recommendation and a short essay on the benefits of cooperative membership.
