Southeast Colorado Power Association (SECPA) gives scholarships to area high school Seniors who are members.

​

SECPA offers ten $1,000 scholarships.  And through Tri-State, an additional two $1,000 scholarships are available.  Eligible applicants must be a high school Senior graduating in 2023 who plans to attend a two or four-year college, trade or other non-traditional secondary educational institution.

 

The completed SECPA application form must also have a school transcript, letter of recommendation and a short essay on the benefits of cooperative membership.
