General Information:

• Any Tri-State Member may choose to participate.
• Credits are available to all end-use customer classes.
• No other Tri-State energy efficiency credit or special rate/discount shall apply.
• Credit must be requested within 180 days of installation.
• Credit applies to new or replacement units that are purchased by or leased to, the consumer.
• Program requires a minimum size of 30 gallons capacity and a minumim 6-year warranty on the tank.
• Super efficient unit is defined as a water heating unit that utilizes direct exchange from a ground source or air source heat pump.
